Two ways to join as a provider
Choose the option that fits your funeral home. Both follow Dignity4Less provider guidelines. This is a membership discount/benefit network — not insurance and not a prepaid funeral contract.
Free Provider
No Preferred platform fee. Any funeral home that follows Dignity4Less provider guidelines can join.
What you can offer:
- Partner, organization, and business membership benefits: $500 off qualifying professional services (as published) and merchandise discounts
- Optional: enroll as an affiliate marketer and earn 10% of net membership dues on members you refer (same residual as any affiliate)
What you cannot offer:
- The $99 individual membership professional-services path
Good for: getting into the network, serving group/partner plans, and building referrals.
Preferred Provider
Share-only for now — no separate Preferred monthly platform fee. Ask us about territory and onboarding.
What you get:
- A territory (agreed in writing)
- A share of net individual membership dues for members who name you Preferred (starts at 50%; path to 60% later — ask us for current details)
- You can offer the full $99 individual path (after vesting) for members who named you Preferred
Member price after vesting: $99 = funeral-home professional services & staff only. Not included: local transport $395, cremation permit $10.95, merchandise, sales tax, third-party fees.
Limited-time for new members: crematory fee included up to $350 at a preferred Dignity4Less crematory. Keep membership continuous with no lapse to keep this include; a lapse ends it.
Free Providers serve partner/org/business benefits. Preferred Providers are the $99 individual path and earn a share of those members’ dues.

Businesses Protect 100 of your employees/members and their loved ones from financial stress for just $99 /year. Includes Employee/Spouse and children under the age of 18.

Partner Perks
Every approved Partner receives $500 off professional services at any participating Dignity4Less Provider—a benefit extended to your employees or organization.
For an additional monthly fee, your business or organization can also become an Affiliate Marketer and earn ongoing income by helping expand the Dignity4Less PayItForward community.
What Is an Affiliate Marketer?
An Affiliate Marketer shares and promotes Dignity4Less services through their personal or business network. When someone joins or makes a purchase using your unique referral link, you earn a commission for helping grow the PayItForward Membership platform.
Cost to Become a Partner
- Partner Membership: $99 per year
- Affiliate Add-On: $11.11 per month (optional)
How Much Can an Affiliate Marketer Earn?
The opportunity is limitless.
Affiliate Marketers earn 10% residual income on every member they personally sign up.
💡 Example:
If you refer 1,000 members at $7.77 per month, your monthly residual income would be $777 — every month, for as long as those memberships remain active and you maintain affiliate status.
