Terms & Conditions — PayItForward Membership

Updated September 20, 2026. Operator: Bonnell Cremations Funerals & Receptions d/b/a Dignity4Less. Important: PayItForward is a membership benefit program, not insurance or a prepaid funeral contract, and does not promise services beyond these rules.

Eligibility

  • Monthly and annual plans: join before age 75.
  • Lifetime plan: join at age 75 or older, as offered.

Benefits

After 12 months at a Preferred provider, the limited direct cremation member price for FH professional services is $99. Crematory fee included up to $350 at a preferred Dignity4Less crematory for new members (limited-time); continuous membership with no lapse keeps the include; a lapse ends it. Not included: local transport ($395), permit ($10.95), merchandise, tax, and third-party fees. Preferred-only $99 path.

Providers & geography

Benefits follow Dignity4Less guidelines. The $99 path is only through Preferred Providers; Free Providers cannot offer or fulfill it. Ask Dignity4Less for current Preferred terms. Deaths outside Ohio may incur additional fees. No combining with other offers.

Dues & cancellation

Dues are charged as selected. Cancel through account tools or by contacting us. Dues already paid are non-refundable once processed.

Partners & links

Partner links and merchandise offers are separate from the core membership benefit and vary by provider. Listings require an agreement.

Limitation

We provide the program as described and are not liable for partner or third-party products/services beyond our control. Ohio law applies.
